"Unique savory gin. A distinct vegetal note emerges on the nose immediately, followed by freshly cracked peppercorns and a bit of piney juniper. The palate starts off sweet but then flips to faintly briny and pine notes. The finish is where the heat appears as a burst of sweet cinnamon heart candies but fades as quickly as it arrived. Highly recommend this very unusual gin in a Bloody Mary or Martini!"
