Harlem Haberdashery is the retail extension of of 5001 Flavors, a bespoke apparel company. Now HH Bespoke Spirits is the spirits extension which launched in fall 2018. HH Bespoke Gin is a "remix on a traditional London Dry style gin" with lavender, rose hip, and plum used along with juniper and other botanicals.

In general, this category of gin, while it does contain juniper, places less of an emphasis on this botanical. Other botanicals not classically used in London Dry gins are often utilized and often highlight botanicals grown in the region the gin is produced. Most produced as either London Dry or Distilled Gins.

"Juniper and lavender dominate the aromatic attack with a hint of rosemary. Soft and easy with low juniper, higher coriander and a mix of herbs. Lacks the bite many gin fans seek, and sits squarely in New Western Gin section of gin world. Finishes light and quickly so. "
