"The nose is spot on to the botanical description, with rose petal and cucumber leading the mix, along with junipery-minty freshness. The palate is quite heavy for a non barrel-rested gin, with a viscosity that packs quite the punch from the floral, woody, and vegetal botanicals. One would have to really want the flavors of cucumber and rose in their drink as these elements are not in the least bit subtle, with juniper only playing backup. The finish is on the sweet side and quite floral, though not in a soapy way. "
