It's fairly juniper and sage-forward, though notes of rose petal, grapefruit, orange, and lemon share secondary flavor components with a slight licorice-y flavor. The overall effect is rather savory, earthy, and herbal with hints of citrus and florals. This is a gin that would work best in savory cocktails or those with bright, citrus-forward ingredients. "
