Nose: Very aromatic. Dominated by sweetness. Vanilla cookies Palate: Oak, honey, sugar, dried fruit, sweet bread, toffee, vanilla. Full bodied. Finish: soft, smooth, gentle, lingering, oak, subtle dried fruit, vanilla.

Very nice flavor, worth the wait to try this one

Very smooth, little to no burn. Caramel and maple without the syrupy quality of lesser bottles. Balanced. Sweet and soft. Herby finish with clove/bay leaf feel on the tongue.
