Tasting Notes
"The aroma is a mix of several components: sweet, (vanilla, cookie dough, cherry cough syrup) herbal (dried grass, rubber, and old wood (think bookshelves). At this proof, the bourbon is a bit tight with barrels spices and oak making a moderate impression. There's a moderate sweetness showing with maple notes coming in. The finish is bittersweet and oak flavored. A splash of water will soften the barrel spices a bit, but will also bring in more oak. Those who enjoy a less sweet bourbon will enjoy this."
