Vikera Reposado

A crisp, Agave Spirit by NOM 1533 in Jalisco (Los Altos Southern), Mexico that is open air fermented, double distilled in stainless steel & rested in ex-Whiskey barrels before being bottled at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, wood, fruits, flowers, herbs & spices; while a rich & herbal life adds notes of thyme, oregano, a hint of candied citrus & caramel; that led to a floral death with notes of perfume, potpourri & a hint of oak, vanilla & pepper.
