"There's no shortage of fresh ginger coming through on the nose of this whiskey. There's also a bit of light smoke, lemongrass, and vanilla. There's more of the same on the palate, along with some discernible sweetness. Enough to wonder whether or not there is any sort of sweetener added. Overall, it's a pleasant flavored whiskey that has a bit of sweetness and a fresh ginger spice and bite. All it needs is an ice cube or two and it's a cocktail in and of itself."
