RyeUnlike bourbon, rye whiskey can be made anywhere in the world. But if made in the US, the mash bill recipe must be at least 51% rye and it must be aged in new, charred oak barrels with no age requirement. Elsewhere, the rye whiskey will be made keeping the country of origin's rules regarding the recipe and minimum aging.

Tasting Notes
"Bright, springy aromas of green apples, cinnamon, orange and grapefruit zest, and fresh cut grass can be smelled from several feet away. On the palate, there are tart apples, dill, baking spices, black pepper, and a hint of char adding to a balance of tartness, sweetness, and matcha green tea earthiness. The whiskey finishes with that mix of sweet herbs, citric tartness, and spice fanning out over the tongue with just enough burn to carry it through. "
