Nose: sweet caramel, oak (almost antique wood) and tobacco.
Palate: weak entrance starting with a dusty grain note before developing into a peppery caramel tanning note.
Finish: quick finish with a mild dry red wine style ending.
In closing: not a bad over all bourbon. Personally I believe I would pair this with an appetizer or a chucherie board.
