Weller Antique 107 Single Barrel

Sweet rich deep and fruity. Definitely the sweetest weller by a landslide.

Argonaut single barrel pick is sweet sweet sweet. All raisins ans grapes. But with a nice oaky balance. Significantly better than weller fp.

Love the nose, but the argonaut store pick is insanely sweet, bordering on too sweet.

SPEC’s SINGLE BARREL NEAT NOSE - Raspberries, Caramel, and Oak PALATE - Velvety mouthfeel. First, the caramel note fills the palate and is the most prominent and a slight hunt of raspberry comes through on the backend. FINISH - Medium in length comprised of notes of light oak and apple. BUY? - Absolutely, at SRP. BUY AGAIN? - Only at retail. This is a good bourbon, but not worth paying secondary prices in my opinion.

So sweet that it borders on sickly, but its at least a pleasant sweet as opposed to something like makers mark.
