Weller Full Proof Bourbon

It’s really, really good. Vanilla, bergamot, and spice on the nose. Palate is vanilla cream, has a cognac/rum thing going on with spice on the finish. Just very solid. One of those bourbons you wish you’d hate because of secondary/hype but it just delivers and then some.

Picking up vanilla...something sweet...maybe brown sugar. Rolls sweet like a Weller should.. Touch of spice on the tongue..likely the proof. Closes nicely. I like it.
