Weller Single Barrel Bourbon

Thanks @twostal ! Nose of char, soy sauce, red apple, vanilla, toasted wheat bread, and Spanish rice. Lightly sweet on the palate, toasty, a little spicy, pepper, apple, char, vanilla. Long charred spicy finish.

Not super dynamic but what it does it does very well. For 9 bucks. It’s incredible.
