Westland Peat Week 2021 Single Cask #6732
American Single Malt
Westland // Washington, USA
Westland's Peat Week 2021 is scheduled for 26-28 January 2021 and it will be held virtually. This year marks the seventh annual event and as such, the distillery is releasing two single cask festival bottlings, each one aged over 7 years. Single cask #6732 was made from Baird's heavily peated malt and it matured for 89 months.
It was aged first in a first-fill ex-bourbon barrel. Then it was placed in an ex-rum cask from Mount Gay. It was bottled at 60.
