Westland Solum Edition 3
American Single Malt
Westland // Washington, USA

Tasting Notes
"The nose is a sweet, smoky, fruity mix of burning herbs (rosemary, sage, thyme), smoked apple, smoked almonds, and bittersweet chocolate. The medium-weight palate malt, chocolatey, and earthy (like oolong tea) with more of those smoked fruit and herb qualities. The finish has a balanced, mild salinity that weaves through the sweet, apple-y smoke, with puffs of pipe tobacco and dried wildflowers. "
