Reviewed February 2, 2025Aroma is herbal, medicinal, faint peat and wood tannin. Flavor is spicy, but a low smoldering spice, bitter and lingering on the tail. Ginger? Smoke dominates on top, fairly rich, carries the flavor through a long tail.Westland Distillery
