Westward Two Malts (Spring 2023 Whiskey Club Release)
Westward Whiskey is known for its American single malt, but with Two Malts Rye, it's showcasing a different side. The whiskey is made from a mash bill of 12% malted rye alongside 88% malted barley.
With the addition of rye into its mash bill, the whiskey, which was distilled in July 2018, is considered a malt whisky, though not a single malt. Two Malts Rye is available exclusively for members of its Westward Whiskey Club, which ships to consumers in more than 35 states.

Tasting Notes
"Milk chocolate is prominent on the nose, along with cocoa powder, lemon peels, and peaches in syrup. The palate is parts rich, offering malted milk balls and Girl Scout Samoas, and spicy, showcasing allspice, cloves, and black pepper. The finish is modest in length and has candied orange slices, cherries, tannic oak, fudge, and hay."
