Tasting Notes

"This first batch of Wheel Horse bourbon is a great start for a new Kentucky bourbon. It delivers a good amount of spice balanced by vanilla, brown sugar, and pecan, finishing with a sweet caramel note. It's a solid bourbon with a very respectable 101-proof bottling, and although it's a bit young, it portends good things to come."
