Tasting Notes
"Dates and caramel fudge lead on the nose, along with prune juice, walnuts, and dark chocolate. The palate is rich, full and chewy, showcasing vanilla and black cherry ice cream, golden raisins, cigar box, and black pepper. The finish is lengthy and warming, with tannic oak, freshly dug up soil, and handfuls of trail mix with dried fruits."
