Day No. 17 The aroma was inviting with its sweet vanilla and baking spice characters. I was expecting my first sips to be spicy, but it was fairly smooth IMO. There was a combination of cinnamon, honey, and caramel flavors to be had. Afterwards, there was an emergence of leather and corn. Not bad at all!

Vanilla and caramel with hints of fruit on the nose. Smooth, toasted caramel on the palate. The dram balances the proof well. There's a note of oak spice in the background throughout the whole dram. The lingering finish brings a hint of smoke and leather to the sweetness.

Sight: Amber, caramel. Slowww legs. Smell: Sweet. Delicious. Taste: Sweet. The slightest pepper around the tongue, like pop rocks. Small smoke. Apricot.

A nice bourbon. A little hot and not very eventful.
