Reviewed May 11, 2022 (edited November 20, 2022)Definite notes of spice on the nose. With more spice with hints of caramel and cherry to taste. I didn’t enjoy this as much as I enjoyed the 10 year rye, but still very good. -

Reviewed May 8, 2022 (edited September 23, 2022)Nose - Rich, cherry plum Taste- a little lighter than expected from the nose. Dry, spicy, a little dill mild sweet and bitter then heat. After-bitter head fades quickly This might be close to the bottom of the bottle but I expect a 12 yr to have more. Still good though.The Cheesecake Factory
