Tasting Notes
"The aroma leans on the sweet side with sweet corn, mild vanilla, and light caramel. There's some toasted oak and a little green herbs there as well. On the palate, the bourbon has a dry and lean entry with a sharp bite at the end. Spice levels increase here and there's a peppery/herbal note at the finish. Would please those looking for a bourbon that won't be mistaken for a dessert."
