Tasting Notes
"The aroma leans towards toasted bread, freshly-cut apples, and ripe cherries. There's also a moderate amount of barrel spices on the nose. Moving on to the taste, the whiskey feels full and tastes sweet. The whiskey has an average finish and the barrel spices help to add dimension. Not super complex, but for a summertime whiskey it'll do. Would recommend serving it in with lemonade to cut the sweetness. "
