Widow Jane 20 Year Black Opal

This is extremely overrated and not worth the ridiculous price. Vaults 15 year from 2023 blows it away in blinds. It tastes very young and even after leaving in the glass it's extremely disappointing. It's all toasted oak and no hints of sweetness at all. It's almost too harsh. Would recommend trying first before buying. 2 vaults 15 2023 are better value. Don't understand the 90 point rating and makes me think it's more influenced by the label rather than the whiskey itself. 83-84 points max.
