Widow Jane 7 Year Straight Bourbon

Tastes high proof and strong, tons of wood flavor and caramel. Blend well but very aggressive, would have done better with a bit more richness to compensate. Like the fire though.

High alcohol on finish, great sweet floral nose, butter popcorn

Spicy and sweet

Smooth, some citrus flavors and cheery notes

Carmel and vanilla, extremely smooth

Super short finish. Cherry on the palate. A little over hyped
