Widow Jane 7 Year Straight Bourbon

A sweet whiskey with not much deoth or tannins, but would be a good summer porch sipper

Very smooth sippin, get a fair amount of spice and caramel. Reminds me of eagle rare but not as vanillay or sweet.

Smooth bouquet mostly butterscotch, mild notes of caramel and pepper, finish is warning spice that builds and fades very nicely.

Not overly sharp

Pleasant sipper. Not overly sweet, but not overly spicy either. Nicely balanced. Vanilla, honey, clove, and nice oak notes with a bit of dryness towards the end.
