Reviewed May 4, 2022 (edited May 29, 2022)Tried neat. Batch 31 bottle 655. There is a reason it is called American oak aged.. I get lots of wood on the nares and palate which seems to taste light and young. I also get rye, barley, grain, and green apple. It’s overall smooth but thin on the palate tasting somewhat young with it being difficult to pull out many notes on the palate. I can see this being a great rye to someone new to sipping whiskey. -

Reviewed March 12, 2022Decent rye spice, but I don't think the sweet balance is quite right. -

Reviewed January 19, 2022 (edited August 13, 2022)Floral nose almost, you get the dill and fresh cut vegis. Palate is sweet and spicy then mellows, well rounded, more dill, mint, sugar, it’s just nice. Tastes like Willett 4yr rye but 90 proof. Easy going, not challenging, just really nice. -

Reviewed December 27, 2021I can’t figure this one out. Reminds me of a botanical gin more than a whiskey
