Wild Turkey Kentucky Spirit Single Barrel Bourbon

A bit sweeter than I normally like but still a good pour. Decent nose but short finish. Not something I would purchase again.

Barrel 2414 Warehouse A, Rick 29 Bottled on 6-24-21 Copper color. The nose has a lot of vanilla, honey, ground cinnamon, allspice, and hints of leather and spearmint. Warm, full-bodied mouthfeel. The palate is a cinnamon bomb with notes of ground cinnamon and warm cinnamon rolls with vanilla icing, along with toasted walnuts, ground nutmeg, and a little caramel and tannic oak. The finish is short-to-medium and warm, led by the baking spices, with vanilla, brown sugar and faint roasted peanuts in the background.

Nose: faint caramel, oak, musty nose. Palate: Leather dominant followed by sweet tobacco. Overall: incredible in my opinion. Not very sweet, but rich barrel tasting notes.

One of my favorite pours.
