Wild Turkey Kentucky Spirit Single Barrel Bourbon

Sweet entry, smooth finish, no burn

Poured neat Allergy problems right now so not much smell. I do get a smell of pecan pie. Hint of baking spices. Very sweet smelling nose from what I can smell. Palate is sweet vanilla, caramel and mid palate I get sweet corn that quickly turns to cinnamon and rye. Finish is long and brings along a hint of the cinnamon and rye. This may be better than the Rare Breed.

A nice flavor blast, fairly smooth for being 54% but has that classic Wild Turkey dry/peppery mouthfeel that I’m nit a HUGE fan of
