Wilderness Trail Bottled in Bond Small Batch Bourbon (Wheated Bourbon)

Vanilla on the nose and a smooth finish. Have fun at Campari

Nose: maple, cherry, cinnamon, apples. Palate is soft but not overly sweet for a wheated bourbon. Oak, vanilla, and baking spices. Finish is short.

Pretty smooth, sweet, leather, subtle oak

I have a SiB pick and get really heavy barn from that bottle. On this bottle get a bit of barn on the nose, but the taste and finish is much more traditional. Wouldn’t turn down another pour but doesn’t Stan out enough to buy.
