Blind Test: Willett Small Batch Straight Rye Whiskey Nose: sweet, but also a savory oak note. Caramel. Maybe a hint of mineral that I don’t find all that appealing. Taste: spicy, peppery, oak. Guessing it is over 100 proof. Finish: cinnamon, pepper, Overall: some may love this, but it just isn’t my taste profile. Score: 2.75/5

Not the best, not the worst but what i do like is the burn at the end turns into vanilla!

Great, complex nose with a varietybof baking spices and subtle chocolate overtones. Great on the palate with spearmint present. Great overall.
