William Larue Weller Bourbon (Fall 2016)

Playing catch up. Nearly perfect

Starts out in a very subtle cherry similar to Weller but has deep chocolate notes in a nice clean finish that blenders with sweetness

Solid Weller and buffalo trace profile but enjoyed some of their other releases just as much for less. Definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity take it but not something I will be hunting for in the near future
