10/10 Cinnamon, fruit, soft sweet This is Buffalo Trace and bourbon as a spirit at its very best. The balance between proof bite, wheat sweetness, age tannins, and buffalo trace fruitiness is perfection. This is a perfect whiskey.

Nose: cherry pie with the crust, a touch of tannic oak, wheat, and a touch of mint. Palate: chocolate cake, cherries, mint and a tannic oak thats pleasant. I get a touch of something “earthy” with the barrel. Finish: Long cherries, spice and oak. This is a fantastic pour. 94/100
