"The aroma is focused on vanilla and dark wood which continues on the palate. The bitterness and sweetness see-saw back and forth but in the end, bitter wins the battle. You are left with barrel spices and more vanilla along with a fair amount of oiliness, hence the suggestion of enjoying with a cola."
