Tasting Notes
"The nose offers salted caramel and honey roasted nuts, along with vanilla and spearmint. The palate is rich, with dark chocolate, toffee, and cacao nibs, along with peanut shells and coffee grounds. Towards the back there's also a tart and fruity side, with lemon peels and raspberries. The finish is warming and lengthy, with tannic barrel char, maple syrup, leather, and molasses. "
