"This release from Woodford Reserve is substantially higher proof than their standard expression, coming in at more than 120-proof. It's bold and spicy, complemented by sweeter notes of molasses, maple, and vanilla. The palate also offers notes of baked apples, and a kick of white pepper at the end. This is a much more intense expression of Woodford, and those who enjoy cask strength bourbon will find a lot to like."
