Reviewed March 5, 2020 (edited April 4, 2020)Nose: strong oak and caramel with some light pepper Palate: very smooth for the price and decent complexity. Honey and baking spice was what I mainly tasted. Medium finish that was not harsh at all. Overall, I really enjoyed this rye and would have it again. I think this is a good introductory rye because it has less spice than other eyes I’ve tried, and it is smoother than ryes such as Bulleit or Old Forester.
