Nose - rye spice and fresh baked bread
Palate - full bodied, grain and cereal forward. Pleasant spice not overpowering, what I'm looking for in a rye.
Finish - grainy tingling that works it's way back through the palate. Lingering vanilla and oak.
Delicious forward rye, not trying to hide or add anything here, but rather showcasing the grain and mash bill that make this special. Well worth the purchase.
