Woodinville Double Barrel Blended Whiskey
Woodinville Double Barrel Blended Whiskey begins with the same mash bill used for the brand's flagship straight bourbon. The grains (corn, rye, and malted barley) were grown by the Omlin Family Farm in Quincy, Washington.
The whiskey initially ages in new, charred American oak but is then transferred to used bourbon barrels. Bottled at 86 proof.

Tasting Notes
"A subtle and smooth whiskey on all fronts. At the edge of the glass, sweet corn and vanilla nudge forward with dried dill adding some accent. Flavors of sugar cookie and graham and tucked into a fairly gently structure with light hints of rye along the way."
