This blended Irish whiskey was made in collaboration with renown Canadian wine maker Inniskillin. The whiskey is a blend of triple-distilled single malt and single pot still whiskeys which were, after their initial maturations, placed into Inniskillin icewine hogsheads for an additional 12 months.
