Wyoming Whiskey Double Cask

Very smooth nose. Cherry wood almost and some apricots. Definitely get the coated sensation from the sherry on the initial taste. Oaky nutty finish with some baking spices. Overall very rich flavor.

For a 100 proof whiskey it’s excellent. Comparable and competitive with most any Kentucky Bourbon. Buttery undertones reminiscent of Woodford Reserve. A very pleasant surprise from an unexpected locale

This is a better than average bourbon. Spicy on the palate with a delightful finish.

Very sweet up front and fruity. A bit of spice on the finish. Pretty darn good! I’ll put a bottle on my bar if I can find one.
