Tasting Notes
"The nose is indeed reminiscent of the great outdoors — aromas of pinecone, fir tree, and bay leaf mingle with clove and bing cherry. The initial entry is quite spicy with clove, cinnamon and black pepper layered over rich caramel, vanilla, cherry, and toasty oak. The spicy warmth and richness carries into the medium finish with a spark of heat. "
