Tasting Notes
"In the UK, the term "pear-shaped" refers to something gone wrong, but in this case, it best describes the initial aromas and flavors, which are all about pears - both fruit and skin. Further sips reveal green tea and grassier notes, with a hint of walnut and fresh, sugary sweetness. It finishes slightly hot, but with more of that clean sweetness lingering on the palate. "
