Yamazaki 12 Year

The screw top threw me, but once I was over that I was rather ecstatic and am excited to try more Japanese scotch in the future. Crisp apple at the nose, maybe a little pear. Sweet on the tongue, hint of butterscotch. Good balance finish with almost no burn at all. Fantastic. Top shelf for sure.

Had at Makoto. Smooth taste. Spicy finish.
