Tasting Notes
"Notes on the nose include caramel popcorn, char smoke, cooked apples, and a touch of dark chocolate. The taste is on the bittersweet and spiced side with some oak tannins offering something to chew on. Vanilla comes through a bit stronger on subsequent nosings. Would be a good selection if you're looking for a not-too-sweet bourbon. It's a little oily which helps to drink neat. Feel free to add water or drink on the rocks. Makes a solid weekday drink. "
