A rich, final release in Douglas Laing's Yula series is here! Following on from the Yula 20-Year-Old and Yula 21-Year-Old, this is the Yula 22-Year-Old blended malt, made with peated whiskies from Islay and the Islands. It has a maritime birth with notes of oceanic salt, ozone clean zephyr, tobacco & leather; while a complex life adds notes of sweet peat, pepper, coal dust, oak wood smoke & chocolatey sweetness; that led to a long & balanced death with notes of barley, warm spices, tar & soot.
