A great Irish. Very smooth and it’s right up there with the classics, green spot and red breast. What’s nice about it is the higher abv. You don’t notice it in the taste at all, but you do notice you get tipsy with less. Tasting notes: Apple cinnamon on the nose, sweet cereal, caramel, fruity, a short spicy finish
