Nose: dominant vanilla sweetness, bit harsh/acetone spikyness. Maybe some citrus and cereals. Herbal. Palate: starts sweet, then becomes spicy, harsh. Bites at the end. Finish: long, spicy, dry, harsh. With water less vanilla on nose, more oak on finish.
