Glenfiddich Malt Master's Edition Sherry Cask
Single Malt — Speyside, Scotland

The mouthfeel of this whisky is quite watery. On the nose you mostly smell wood, vanilla and some sherry. The taste is really muted, compared to the classic Glenfiddich 12 year. Most of the taste consists of oak, vanilla, honey, a bit of sherry and a hint of orchard fruits we know and love from Glenfiddich. If you want a Glenfiddich, stick with the 12 year bottling. It's far more lively, even being 3% abv lower. This isn't worth the price increase but it's nice and smooth nonetheless.
