Smokey and sweet. Dense and complex. I love the combination. Salt on the pallet is lovely too. One of my favorite Islay whiskies. Still don’t know how to pronounce Uigeadail. P.S. tasting it after an almost year. Woah! First whiff I get burnt tire and it tasted like salty tire too. After letting it breath a bit I found the sweet smoke I loved the first time I tried it. I had a few sweet scotches before this. So I was probably not acclimated to the strong peat smoke.
